Blueberry, Blackberry & Banana Parfait

You’re probably like me: always running from one thing to the next. This super healthy, filling, and convenient breakfast is something I’ve recently been doing each morning and absolutely love it. Ingredients are flexible to your taste and everything can be kept at my desk for a quick breakfast in the office!



  • 6 oz of Greek Yogurt

  • 2 oz of Blackberries

  • 2 oz of Blueberries

  • 4 oz of Maple Granola

  • 1 banana

  • 1 oz shaved coconut


  1. Cut banana into small pieces

  2. Add greek yogurt

  3. Add berries, granola, banana slices

  4. Sprinkle coconut shavings

  5. Enjoy
