Spanish Stainless Steel
Spanish steel is known for its exceptional hardness, balanced with a disciplined flexibility. Thus, yielding the unique cutting signature that can handle the tough foodstuffs, but can also gracefully maneuver for more delicate cuts.
Our blade contains a unique blend of Molybdenum and Vanadium allows for several unique properties:
- It can stay sharper longer.
- It is able to hold on high temperatures without changing its shape.
- It has a far greater resistance to corrosion compared to ordinary stainless steel
- It has a balanced hardness for added longevity
